The petitioner seeks regular bail in Balthar P.S. Case No. 99/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489B, 489C and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on getting confidential information that one woman was trying to use fake currency note, the police arrested the petitioner and recovered one counterfeit currency note of 500 denomination and 04 currency notes of 100 wrapped in blue handkerchief.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation by any shopkeeper that the petitioner was trying to do any transaction by using those money. She is a lady and is in custody since 13.09.2018 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 99/2018.
