2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 534 of 2025, instituted under Sections 137(2), 87, 84, 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with F.I.R. named accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the wife and son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Victim is a major married woman, aged about 28 year. She left her matrimonial house out of her own will and volition. Petitioner has no concern with the same. The victim has not

She has stated that due to torture committed by her in-laws, she left her matrimonial house with her son and the case has been wrongly instituted. There is delay of 13 days in lodging the F.I.R. without any plausible explanation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the parties and statement of the victim, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 534 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) rakhi/- U T
