The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.297 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application pursuant to the liberty granted by learned District & Sessions Judge, Buxar vide order dated 24.02.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 194 of 2021, for surrendering the petitioner in the court below.
