Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015 (G.R. No. 3031 of 2015) registered under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Accusation is of torture and causing burn injuries to the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of dowry demand. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and the petitioners claim to be separated from the husband of the daughter of the informant who has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.
