No. 31357 of 2020, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 47(C) of 2020 and file appropriate petition for compliance of the aforesaid order of this Court dated 23.12.2020 in its true letter and spirit inasmuch as according to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38584 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 the petitioner, till date the learned trial court has not taken a final call with regard to either revoking the provisional bail granted to the petitioner or confirming the same although the mediation has failed. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
