Petitioner seeks bail in Goriakothi PS Case No. 259 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the IPC. Allegation is of theft of one motorcycle.

It is submitted that merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Md. Kasim the petitioner has been implicated in this case. There is no recovery from his possession. He is in custody since 6.7.2018. It is also submitted that the petitioner is on bail in other three cases pending against him from before.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released
