The petitioners Mahesh Ray and Ram Dayal Chaudhary apprehend their arrest in Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 69 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners and his associates made obstruction and torn the papers kept for bidding the settlement of wine shops. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are chairman and office bearer of the association of wine shop dealers and they made request for proper settlement of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.332 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 the wine shops. The petitioners did not use any force. Having considered the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 69 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
