The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that this petitioner entered into the office of the D.P.O and got the office closed. Thereafter, he threatened him of dire consequences, pushed an employee of his office and tried to draw out his sleeper for attacking to assault.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23164 of 2022(3) dt.22-11-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is President of Panchayat Nagar Prathmik Shiksha Sangh. The petitioner went to the office of D.P.O since the pay order of some of the teachers have unauthorizedly been stopped by the petitioner and on his efforts, the D.P.O(Establishment) had issued a letter on 03.12.2021 itself directing for payment of salary to the said persons. The allegation of threatening and making an attempt to insult or assault the informant is false and concocted. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
