1. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that while the order passed by C.G.R.F. is not open to challenge by him, however, the order allows him to deposit the amount by way of installments, which the respondents are not allowing.

2. In the opinion of this Court, once an order is passed by C.G.R.F., the same is binding on all the parties. The respondents are bound to comply with the same and allow the petitioner to deposit amount by way of installments. He may do so, by depositing the amount in eight equal installments and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5672 of 2023 dt.20-04-2023 2/2 respondents shall accept the said amount. The electricity connection of the petitioner shall not be disturbed only on account of non-payment.

3. It is made clear that the bills which shall be issued by the respondents shall only relate to the actual electricity consumed for the concerned months and will not include the aforesaid amount as decided by the CGRF. It shall be paid independently.
