The Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda by order dated 01.07.2015 only directed the petitioner to pay Rs.2,000 per month as litigation cost in Divorce Case No.106 of 2013. From perusal of the order produced by the petitioner, it appears that in each month at least two dates are fixed and, therefore, in my opinion, it cannot be said that the order passed by the Court below granting Rs.2,000 as litigation cost is arbitrary or without jurisdiction.

Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Saurabh/- U T
