Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Dead body of Amarjeet Sahani @ Godiwal was recovered from the field side and it was found that his murder was committed by causing injuries. The petitioner is under suspicion for the reason that the victim boy was working in the mobile shop of the son of this petitioner and there was some dispute relating to non-payment of the dues. Allegation is of conspiracy by all the accused persons in commission of the murder.

Submission of the petitioner is that only suspicion is there. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Samastipur/successor Court in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.)
