The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of a certiorari or any other appropriate writ/order/ direction for directing this respondent authorities to expedite the process of allotment of HIG plot (Defence Quota) at Sheikhpura, Patna, Bihar in favour of petitioner, inasmuch as the petitioner has been facing unreasonable delay in allotment of High Income Group plot (Defence Plot) which was expected to be allotted on or

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna i.e. the respondent no.4 for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
