ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 07-05-2025 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the final order passed by the DRT, Patna, in SA No. 130 of 2021 dated 31.01.2025, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the DART, Allahabad, under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act.
