The trial court has reported that up till now eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the crossexamination of one witness is going on and, perhaps, the aforesaid witness is a last witness of the prosecution. The aforesaid report of the trial court goes to show that trial of the petitioner is likely to be concluded in near future. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances as well as grounds mentioned in my previous order dated 11.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13237 of 2015, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 20 of 2015, arising out of Rampur P.S.Case No. 300 of 2014, pending in the court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40366 of 2016 (3) dt.16-11-2016 2/2 Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected. However, the trial court must try to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
