JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Only two Purias ganja are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The weight of the aforesaid recovered ganja has not been given in the first information report. However, case has been registered under section 27 of the NDPS Act but in spite of that learned Addl. Sessions Judge rejected bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Patna in Special case no. 62/2018 arising out of Gandhi
