The Petitioner seeks bail in Ishakchak P.S. Case No.183 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It has been specifically stated that there is no criminal antecedents of the petitioner, who is said to be in custody since 07.09.2016.

In view of period of custody and clean antecedents, let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.361 of 2017 (2) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishakchak P.S.
