The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 755 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation the petitioner by producing a forged document obtained the order of release of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is hardly a matter that they committed forgery and obtained order to release the victim.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to
