This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023 registered under section 30(a)/32(i)(ii)/36/41(i)(ii)/37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 145.4 litre foreign liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for
