JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2017 In the present case, a complaint has been made that the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18522 of 2009 dated 14.2.2011 has not been complied with. The operative portion of the order speaks that the petitioner has filed application for grant of Saw Mill licence that should be disposed of within six months from the date of production or receipt of a copy of the order. It will be relevant to quote the order, which is as follows:- "The relief sought is to be considered for grant of Saw Mill license on

Patna High Court MJC No.81 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2017 2/2 application submitted for the purpose as far back as 1995-96. The writ petition has been filed on 24.12.2009.

The application is disposed with the observation that, if the petitioner applies afresh in accordance with law, let the same be considered and disposed off by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order."

The State has filed the show cause, attaching the order passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Purnea Forest Division, Purnea.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, the present proceeding is dropped.

However, if the petitioner is feeling aggrieved with the order, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Forum/Authority/Court.
