JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.02.2020.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that it is alleged that from possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and one cartridge was recovered.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. IV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020.
