The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

15 litres of country made liquor was recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.02.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of the investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20009 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Special Case No. 1460 of 2019 with following conditions : (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
