The petitioner claims to represent a Non-Government Voluntary Organization (NGO) called Kisan Mazdoor Seva Sadan and seeks a direction for disposal of the representation. Earlier to this the petitioner had filed a writ petition vide CWJC No. 8456 of 2012 which was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of the grievance. The grievance pertains to non-payment of certain dues by the government which the NGO claims to have discharged/worked/executed. In paragraph 12 of the counter affidavit, the respondents have stated that admissible amount has already been disbursed. The rest of the amount is highly disputed.
