Petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.09.2016 in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 465 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

About 60 litres of country made liquor was recovered besides 18 bottles of foreign liquor from the motorcycle of this petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two
