The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar Hajipur P.S. Case No. 424 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 324- and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (x) of the SC/ST Act. The informant made allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons that they abused and assaulted her son and her husband.

It appears that there is general and omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1335 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 allegation of assault against the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail custody for two months.

Considering the facts that petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Sadar Hajipur P.S.
