Case No. 52/18, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the deceased and allegation against him is of causing the death of the deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact she committed suicide due to torture of the family members of the deceased as the petitioner and deceased had married with each other as they were in love from before. Moreover, the chargesheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Further submission is that petitioner has

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No. 52/18, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
