2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The wife of the deceased who is the informant of the case had conspired with her lover who is the petitioner and got her husband killed. The money for killing the deceased was provided by the informant. The petitioner was caught and on his confessional statement Parwez Alam was caught from whom the pistol used in the crime has been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 26.05.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24781 of 2024(2) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
