2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 95 bottles of WISCOF Caught Syrup 100ml and 300 tablets of NITRACURE-10 from the possession of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and are in custody since 12.12.2024 and they claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22387 of 2025(4) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024 subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioners will mark their attendance at the Bachhwara Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners;

(ii). Both the bailors will be close blood relatives of the petitioners;

(iii). At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioners have clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioners have clean antecedent then only their bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
