12 litres of countrymade wine was found in a gallon kept in an orchard and for that, petitioner has been identified to be the person, who was engaged in selling the same, however, was not apprehended at the spot. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 22.08.2016 and as per Para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner, Mansoor Nat is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Govindganj Areraj P. S. Case no.174 of 2016.
