JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 08-08-2023 Heard Mr. Binod Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Nadim Seraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that substantial amount of pensionary benefit has been paid to the petitioner. The petitioner is only aggrieved for nonpayment of remaining G.P.F. dues.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner if so advised, may file a detail

4. The District Provident Fund Officer, Begusarai is directed to collect all the deduction statements from the places of posting of the petitioner at his own level either calling for the records from the concerned Office or by sending a competent Officer to obtain all the deduction statements relating to the petitioner and make payment of dues as claimed by the petitioner forthwith.

5. The above exercise must be done within a period of four weeks without fail.

6. In case, the petitioner finds that for any reason the District Provident Fund Officer has delayed the matter, he is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against him.

7. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
