This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015 dated 12.07.2015, G.R. No. 225/2015 instituted for the offence under Section 135 of the Bihar Electricity Act.

This is a case of the year 2015 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed. If at all the investigation is still

pending, the Investigating Officer is directed to conclude the same within a period of three months from today.
