The petitioner seeks bail in Chiraiya P.S. Case No.328 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The police intercepted a motorcycle on which one person was coming but the motorcyclist started fleeing away. The motorcyclist was apprehended and from the motorcycle, six bottles each containing 300 ml. liquor were recovered. Considering the facts that about two liters of Nepali liquor is recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 30.08.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
