====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No.66 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2021 and he is a person with clean antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Allegation is of recovery of 150 litres of liquor kept in polythene in drum.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is neither the owner of the place from where the recovery is made nor any concern with the same.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No.66 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
