No doubt, looted motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner but petitioner disclosed before police that he had purchased recovered motorcycle from other accused who also accepted the aforesaid fact in his confessional statement. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai/ concerned court in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case no. 305/2015.
