Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-b)a/26of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 15-06-2016.

Considering the above-said facts as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Civil Line P.S.
