The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.9430 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.516 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 30 litres of Mahua liquor was recovered from the shop of this petitioner. From para 3 of the bail petition, it appears that petitioner is also involved in other case of Excise Act. The petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73329 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.9430 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.516 of 2018. The petitioner will file affidavit at the time of filing bail bond that he would not indulge himself in such type of activities in future. If he is found indulged in such type of activities, his bail bond in instant case will liable to be cancelled.
