Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 20, 22, 29, of the N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2018. Three mobile phones were recovered from the pocket of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20824 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 102 of 2018 arising out of Parsa Bazar Police Station Case No. 271 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
