JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be mother in law and father in law of the deceased and allegation against them is of causing dowry death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are mother in law and father in law of the deceased and they have falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to them. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
