The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 541 of 2019 dated 12.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Thought he petitioner has been named in the F.I.R., but only on the statement made by two of the arrested accused persons.

There is no recovery from the petitioner and he is in custody since 22nd of January, 2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21065 of 2020(2) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 Regard being had to the period of custody and nature of accusation, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st (West) - cum - Sub-Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 541 of 2019. The petition stands allowed.
