2. The petitioner is custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 140, 379, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner has cheated and grabbed sum of Rs.3,75,000/- in the name that he would arrange the job to the son of the informant in the Army and he has some contact in Signal Centre, Jabalpur and has also taken original documents of the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner neither used any fake identity card of any

He next submits that both the parties have compromised this case outside the Court and joint compromise petition filed on 18.01.2024 which is kept on record. Petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024.

7. It is made clear that the learned Trial Court is directed to examine the compromise petition and payment of Rs.3,75,000/- is made to the informant at the time of furnishing bail bond of the petitioner and thereafter be enlarged on bail. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
