JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-02-2017 After some argument, Sri Ashok Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of learned AC to GA No. 6 as well as Sri Chandra Bhushan Das, learned counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may avail appropriate remedy in view of the order passed by this court in CWJC No. 17899 of 2012 and approved by Division Bench. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.

It is clarified that period consumed by the petitioner in
