2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 46,000/- from the informant on the gun point.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in his self inculpatory statement. The looted mobile has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2024 and has criminal antecedent also.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent also, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
