2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 466 of 2023/92 of 2023 arising out of Arwal P.S. Case No. 571 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 364, 303, 201, 376, 120(B) and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and his brother has taken a huge amount of money from the parents of the deceased girl. In the meantime the brother of the petitioner got a job and he refused to marry the victim and thereafter the victim girl disappeared.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2022.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the brother of the main accused namely Ranjeet
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24249 of 2026(2) dt.01-05-2026 2/3 Kumar, who has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87624 of 2024. He further submits that in the trial, five witnesses have been examined and the official witnesses are yet to be examined. He also submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he has tried to tamper with the evidence while in custody.
6. Considering the facts of the case, the grant of bail to the co-accused and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with S.Tr. No. 466 of 2023/92 of 2023 arising out of Arwal P.S. Case No. 571 of 2022.

As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
9. It is, however, clarified that the observations made
