In view of the limited prayer made the time of hearing of this writ application, the same is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2, i.e., the Collector-cum-District Magisatrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, by filing a representation for redressal of their grievances, as it appears from the notice contained in Annexure 2 appended with the supplementary affidavit that the same has not been issued in any case initiated under the Public Land Encroachment Act as there is no description of any case number etc. or reference thereof. In case such a representation is filed by the petitioners along with a copy of this order, the same shall be disposed of by the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.3439 of 2015 (3) dt.03-04-2015 no. 2 within a period of eight weeks from the date of its filing on its own merit and in accordance with law.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not formed or expressed any opinion with respect to the merit of the case of the petitioners.
