Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statements as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. It is also obvious from the impugned order that the petitioner is in jail custody since 11-04-2016 but uptill now, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
