JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 18.07.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P. S. Case No. 204 of 2016 by which he has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order
