It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 14.12.2018, petitioner has been enlarged on bail. However in the satisfaction portion of the said order, the details of P.S. Case number has wrongly been recorded as Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 341 of 2018, arising out of Excise Case No. 1378 of 2018, whereas, it should have been Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018, arising out of Excise Case No. 1376 of 2018.

In such view of the matter, let the details of P.S. Case number mentioned in the satisfaction portion of order dated 14.12.2018 be read as Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 241 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73481 of 2018(3) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 2018, arising out of Excise Case No. 1376 of 2018. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
