The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Seeing the report, the work has already been completed. The dispute is whether the petitioner has completed the work or others have completed the work. There is no chance that the petitioner will abscond.

Considering the same, the present anticipatory bail

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM- 1, Dalsinghsarai in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
