09-01-2019 Heard Sri Vishwa Ranjan Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail. Recently, on 20-08-2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 49887 of 2018, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected and even before expiry of six months, the present petition has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court to pass favourable order.

However, considering the fact that even without expiry of six months, the prayer for bail has been renewed, the same stands dismissed.
