2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 299 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the FIR, three criminals including one Aditya Kumar shot at the victim. The name of the petitioner has come in the confession of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is one of the criminals who has fired, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21939 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. If the trial is delayed due to the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
