The petitioner has questioned the order passed in favour of the private respondent no. 4 by the Collector, Bhojpur whereby the Collector while setting aside the order of the Deputy Collector Land Reforms has confirmed the order of the Circle Officer, Udwantnagar, District-Bhojpur passed on 21.7.1997 in Mutation Case No. 229 of 1997-98 whereunder the order of mutation in the name of the private respondent was allowed.
This writ petition has stood dismissed as against the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12324 of 2000 (5) dt.27-07-2015 private respondent for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 27.12.2004 and thus has been rendered incompetent and cannot proceed in his absence.
